The Complete Weight Gain Guide For Women
Dear Friend, healthy weight gain

Are you struggling to gain weight? Are you frustrated, or feeling angry for not being able to gain weight despite all your efforts ?
If you answered yes, then let me tell you that I know exactly how you feel, because I personally have been through the same experience years ago. Please take a minute to read my personal struggle with weight gain... I'm sure you can relate:

Let me tell you something...
I have been through everything you are going through now. I know how desperate you are to gain weight. Many of these 'experts' have the best of intentions. They think the information they are telling you is correct, and that they're helping you by telling you. But shockingly, they often givefalse information, or are written by someone who has not been through what you are going through right now!

I've been there, and know how hopeless you may be feeling.
You don't have to continue your endless hunt for information that works anymore. You can now finally get started on your weight gain journey once and for all. Let's make this the day where a new direction in your life is taken. You can now gain weight once and for all, and you can do it confidently knowing this is proven information that worked for me and dozens of women before you.
Do these comments from skinny women sound familiar to you? I bet you relate to them...

Skinny woman #1I am 5’1″ and weigh 100 pounds. My hip bones pop out and you can see my ribcage. ITS GROSS!!! I don’t eat much because I get full so easily. I wasn’t like this in highschool, just all of the sudden I dropped weight and cannot gain it back. Please help!!! ICKY!!

Skinny woman #2 ME TOO! I am in the exact same situation…except im 5’9 and i weigh 112 pounds…so yeah, u can prolly imagine that. dont fit the bra size i want to, and honestly, kids underwear fits me the best. sucks. recently ive gained a little weight (2 pounds, past month) by getting active. sometimes a nice walk with music or a book will stir up enough hunger for me to eat a big fat meal. maybe thats what you need. try finding a buddy who enjoys walks n jogs. im a total girly girl and a few years ago i wouldnt have been caught dead walking or jogging for exercise, but now i know that i need to be healthy for myself for the future.

Skinny woman #3I too am ‘skinny’. I have always been. In high school i was no more than 100 lbs. At 28, I now weigh 120 lbs at 5′ 8″ tall…only 20 lbs more after all those years. People always make those smart ‘skinny girl’ comments and I HATE it. I do feel insecure often enough and with that I try pills and protein shakes to gain weight. I think by now, I am tired of trying and I guess there is nothing more I can do about it but just accept it. I am flat chested to top it all off. My mom was skinny in her younger days and is still fairly slim now for her age, so maybe it is genetics.
